Introduction to Bluebird Monitoring

If you’re curious about bluebirds, bird nest boxes, or how to monitor them, join us to learn about the birds who may use them! All are welcome to this introductory program, no previous birding or bird monitoring experience is required! 

 As part of the program we will head out to the bluebird nest boxes in the park and check them for activity together. Participants will have the opportunity to become a Warren County Park District volunteer and sign up to help monitor bluebird nest boxes at one of our park locations with nest boxes: Armco Park, Gulley Park, Hisey Park, or Landen-Deerfield Park. Volunteering is optional, though we are excited to be offering this volunteer opportunity from April-September of 2026.
