This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Warren County Park District (WCPD) website or via phone call with a WCPD representative. We collect personal information related to our delivery of Park District programs and services.
The way we use information
We use the information you provide about yourself to provide services. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your request for our services. WCPD reserves the right to reveal this information pursuant to a valid request under Ohio’s Public Records Law (Ohio Revised Code (ORC) 149.43 et. seq.), subpoena, or court order.
We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online, via phone, or in person, in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
Our commitment to children’s privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, only an adult can set up an account with us via Civic Rec, and any information entered by adults about their minor children is only used to aid in our delivery of Park District programs and services to those families. Information pertaining to the recreational activities of minor children is not subject to disclosure under Ohio’s Public Records Law, see ORC 149.43(A)(1)(r). No part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
