Staff and volunteers will be demonstrating the maple sugaring process, from tapping trees, to boiling down sap outside, to finishing off syrup in the Jones Pavilion kitchenette. The process will be ongoing throughout the day. Tasty samples of real maple products will be available while supplies last!
This event is happening alongside our Great Backyard Bird Count. Stop by any time between 9am-3pm and enjoy them both!
