Invitation to Bid - Shaker Village Trail
INVITATION TO BID – LEGAL NOTICE
Sealed BIDS for the contract of SHAKER VILLAGE TRAIL will be received by the Board of Park Commissioners (Board) of Warren County Park District at 1223 North State Route 741, Lebanon, OH 45036 until 2:00pm (local time) on February 26, 2026, and then at said office, publicly opened and read aloud. Bids submitted electronically will not be accepted. No bid may be withdrawn until sixty (60) days after the Bid Opening Date. This is a prevailing wage project.
The project is described as follows: Approximately 4,100 linear feet of paved trail and associated improvements along S.R. 741 from Armco Park to Union Village Square.
Each Bidder is required to furnish with its Bid a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Board intends to award a contract to the lowest and best bidder whose bid meets the bid requirements. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bidding.
