NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
WARREN COUNTY PARK DISTRICT
BOARD OF PARK COMMISSIONERS

Notice is hereby given that the Warren County Park District Board of Park Commissioners will hold a special meeting on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at 1267 N State Route 741, Lebanon, Ohio 45036.

The purpose of the special meeting is to consider a resolution declaring the necessity of levying a tax for the use of the Warren County Park District and requesting certification from the Warren County Auditor as part of the statutory process for submitting the levy question to the electors, and to enter into executive session pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(G)(1) to consider the employment and/or compensation of a public employee or official.

The meeting is open to the public, except for any executive session entered into in accordance with Ohio law. The Board may take formal action on matters stated in this notice.
