LEGAL NOTICE – REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
Statements of qualifications (SOQ) for engineering services for the ARMCO PARK ELECTRICAL SYSTEM ENGINEERING STUDY will be received by Warren County Park District via email to parks@warrencountyparks.com until 3:00 P.M. (LOCAL TIME) on October 16, 2026.
Warren County Park District is seeking statements of qualifications from electrical engineering firms to evaluate the aging, privately owned electrical distribution system at Armco Park. The selected firm will assess existing conditions, safety, reliability, capacity, and the system’s interface with the park’s solar array; determine whether unused or underused infrastructure can be removed or consolidated; prioritize critical improvements; prepare cost estimates; and develop a phased implementation plan. The study and subsequent improvements will be funded from a $550,000 State Capital grant.
